Aerobics

 

  • Regency is equipped with 2 large aerobic studios.

 

  • Classes include but are not limited to: Boot Camp, Core Fit, Power Cut, Step, and classes designed for our senior members. Click here for more information on specific classes.

 

 

 

Fitness

  • Personal Fitness Training

 

We also have several certified personal trainers on location that can help you reach your fitness goals. Each offer different services for a fee. Contact us for more information about our trainers.

 

 

Racquetball

 

  • Regency offers 2 regulation racquetball courts to our members.

 

  • Court A is available on the hour every hour. Court B is available on the half hour every hour.

 

  • Non-marking shoes are required.

 

  • Members must bring their own equipment.

 

Each court reservation must be made for at least 2 players. If you are not present within 5 minutes of your reservation then the court is available to other members.

 

 

Swimming

 

  • Full-sized, outdoor L-shaped pool with 25 yard lap lanes and shallow children's area.
  • Season is typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day
  • Students may add access to their month to month membership
  • Lifeguards on duty during weekends
  • Water Aerobics classes are offered during summer months
